Cambridge's roadways will be "overwhelmed" unless city bosses create ways to get individuals out of automobiles and onto public transport, a councillor has said.Lib Dem councillor Tim Bick stated the most current transportation tasks proposed by the Greater Cambridge Collaboration were inadequate to discourage use of personal cars and accused the group of "kicking this concern into the long yard".
